Rosemary began her NJ career September 2006 with NET Property Group, N Plainfield NJ. She took on the challenge of managing eighty plus properties, twenty one bank accounts, lease administration, vendor & tenant management and full spectrum accounting services up to trial balance while reporting directly to seven partners as a one person accounting department. No stranger to hard work, Rosemary streamlined the processes to assist the portfolio to recoup of dollars lost due to missed deadlines and rent increases and well as exponential growth.
Her extensive business experience in management as well as entrepreneurship began at age thirteen and has spanned several decades in varied industries. Rosemary has revamped and implemented many foundational changes as well as software systems to achieve optimal results for companies. Yardi, AppFolio, Crystal Reporting, industry specific programs, certification as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and adding certification in software to prepare for ASC 842 administration software are among the many tools in her “chaos tamer” toolbox

Michael is a partner with Wizard Accounting. He has extensive experience in the automotive, construction, and printing industries. Michael honed his project management skills in print production, lithographic and flexographic processes, and equipment maintenance and repair. Mike is knowledgeable in the financial and operational aspects of business management.
Mike's innate mechanical ability and financial acumen, coupled with his decades of technology experience keep clients' projects efficient, in budget, and on time! His diversified experience, intrinsic leadership skills, and easy-going demeanor make him a natural project manager who is personable, able to see all facets of the client's work and to communicate and issues or concerns with a professional approach.
